  1. 1. Name of scheme : SWARNA SANCHAY YOJNA
  2. 2. Members can enroll in any deposit scheme with minimum monthly investment of Rs 1000/- and more for period of 11 months.
  3. 3. Customer can enroll in this scheme on any day he/she desires to.There is no fixed enrollment dates.
  4. 4. Any members of scheme can select multiple scheme he/she want to.
  5. 5. Customer KYC is must to enroll in the scheme's.
  6. 6. Monthly installment should b paid on or before 15th of every month.
  7. 7. DISCOUNT of the scheme are applicable to the members who will pay all their monthly installment on time without any defaults.
  8. 8. Payment can be made either in cash at our store or even by any online options. Note . credit/debits cards are not accepted.
  9. 9. At the time of redemption,members are supposed to surrender there membership card or it will be deemed to be cancelled once the redemption is done.
  10. 10. Receipt will be issued for every deposit.The same shall also reflect in the membership card
  11. 11. Any discrepancies in the card entries or the receipts should be bought to management notice within 7 days of entry.
  12. 12. In case of any defaults/delay in the installment payments will further postpone the redemption date accordingly to the delayed period
  13. 13. However,in the case of discontinuation of any scheme in between by any member the redemption of only the investment amount into gold/silver jewellery will be possible after the completion of scheme period. Any Rewards or discounts will not be applicable if the scheme is stopped in between by the members.
  14. 14. The maturity date will be from 30 days of the date of last successful payment of installments.
  15. 15. This scheme are valid only for the purchase ofgold & silver jewellery. Not of any cash refund, coin or bullion.
  16. 16. Making charges On the jewellery will be applicable depending upon the jewellery selected. Making can vary as per the design selected. Government taxes will b applicable on the day of purchase.
  17. 17. All disputes are subject to Maharashtra state jurisdiction.
  18. 18. The scheme cannot be clubbed with any other schemes run by our company
  19. 19. Management's reserve all the rights to accept and reject any application without any intimation.
  20. 20. Any dispute raise regarding redemption.,management reserves the right of decisions.
